Maybe give it another chance? If you really can't stomach it, then don't watch it, but I think if you can push through the kind of ugly faces and aeon's not-actually-that-sexy physique, I think you will find something to like. To me, that is like the film-making equivalent of form poetry. They were repeating the same six camera shots in order, repeating, to tell the story. One episode in particular, called "Tide" I thought was monotonous and dull, and I didn't realize until later what they were doing. Aeon certainly doesn't turn me on, and neither does Trevor for that matter, but I eventually learned to love it. And I eventually learned to appreciate the animation. You had to figure out what was going on without relying on dialogue. On her missions, she deals swift, bloody 'justice' to all that oppose her.
